Using a third party like this gives you the best consumer protection and allows us to easily keep track of your ticket details without holding your personal information.

Workshops
are all £60
(except for Children’s Introduction to Knitting Sessions, where your £5 ticket fee is donated to CHAS)
Workshop providers are paid according to guidance from The Scottish Artists Union, plus material needs per person.
Talks
are all £5
(except for the combined Di Gilpin & Sheila Greenwell Designer Insights Talk and Bothy Social)
Speakers are paid according to guidance from The Scottish Artists Union, which acknowledges preparation as well as delivery time.

Refunds
Refunds on marketplace and workshop tickets will be available until Wednesday 19th November 2025, ie 10 days before the event. This will enable us to resell your ticket to someone on a waitlist and guarantee tutors / speakers can make fair preparations.
To request this, please email us at eastneukknit@gmail.com giving your name and order number or via the Ticket Tailor site. We will respond as soon as possible.
Whole orders can be refunded; part orders have to be processed separately from Ticket Tailor and your individual Ticket voided; this may take slightly longer.
Your refund will be made back onto the payment method used to purchase originally. The timing of this is outwith our control, but please let us know if you have a problem.
